The registration of committees created for scientific, educational, charitable and welfare and renewal of registered committees after every five years is done under this Act. Registration of the annual list of the Management Committee of the Institutions and changes in the registered objectives by the Institutions as per their objectives or registered legislation, The registration work is done under the relevant rules of the Society Registration Act on the submission of name change proceedings. On receiving complaints of financial irregularities by the institutions, the accounts of the institution are examined and the activities of the organization are also inspected. Under the proviso to Section 4 (1) of the Act, if the post-election official or executive member submits an objection, orders are passed by the Registrar inviting objections under the relevant rules of the Social Act.
